Job summary

TF Truckload & Logistics (TFTL), a division of TF Energy Solutions, is seeking Owner Operators to run Canada and U.S. lanes hauling flatdeck and dry van trailers.

This role offers a mileage-based pay package, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefit plan, with access to a strong dispatch team and well-maintained equipment. Flexibility to work a mix of day and night shifts and compliance with customer site requirements, including clean-shaven policy at certain locations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class 1A driving license and highway driving experience.
• Minimum 2 years highway driving experience required.
• Experience with flatdeck & dry van trailers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate owner-operator trucks on Canada/U.S. lanes hauling flatdeck and dry van trailers.
• Follow a mix of day and night shifts with compliance to customer site requirements (clean-shaven at locations).
• Maintain safety standards and support dispatch with timely deliveries.

We are currently seeking Owner Operators to run Canada and U.S. lanes hauling flatdeck and dry van trailers. This role requires flexibility to work a mixture of day and night shifts, and compliance with customer site requirements (including being clean-shaven at certain locations).

What You Bring:

• A positive, can-do attitude
• Safety-first approach to all job duties
• Valid Class 1A Driver’s License with minimum 2 years highway driving experience
• At least 1 year flat/step deckexperience required
• Your own highway tractor
• Willingness to be clean-shaven for customer site access
• Flexibility to run both day and night shifts
• Forklift experience would be considered an asset
• Ability to cross the Canada–U.S. border would be considered an asset
• Your own securement equipment (tarps, straps, etc.)
• A clean driver’s abstract (no suspensions)
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
