Job summary

TF Truckload & Logistics is seeking owner-operators to haul flatdeck and dry van trailers across Canada and the U.S. Lanes, with a mix of day and night shifts and adherence to customer site requirements (including being clean-shaven at certain locations).

Applicants must hold a valid Class 1A license with at least two years highway experience and own a highway tractor. Forklift experience and border-crossing ability are assets; pre-employment drug and alcohol screening is required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1A Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years highway driving experience.
• At least 1 year flat/step deck experience required.
• Owner must provide own highway tractor.
• Willingness to be clean-shaven for customer site access.
• Flexibility to run both day and night shifts.
• Forklift experience is an asset.
• Ability to cross Canada–US border is an asset.
• Owns securement equipment (tarps, straps, etc.).
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate own tractor on Canada/US lanes for flatdeck and dry van trailers.
• Haul freight with safety-first, compliant to site requirements.
• Coordinate with dispatch to maintain on-time delivery.
• Maintain clean driver’s abstract and pass required screenings.
• Adhere to a mix of day and night shifts and customer access rules.
