Job summary

Edge Transport, a member of the TF Energy Solutions Group, is seeking experienced class 1 Owner Operators for triaxle/tandem flat deck work. Positions available across Canada, including Calgary.

You will run through SK, AB, BC, MB, ON, QC and NB with open dispatch and competitive percentage pay. We offer year-round work, well-maintained equipment and a comprehensive benefits plan for you and your family, plus hiring and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Class 1A Driver’s License with highway experience.
• Minimum 1 year flat/step deck experience required.
• Willing to operate on open dispatch.
• Clean driver’s abstract with no suspensions is required.
• Ability to pass a criminal record check and pre-employment drug screening.

Edge Transportation specializes in flat deck, heavy haul & over-dimensional freight service throughout North America. From full truckload to less-than-truckload needs, experienced operators ensure secure and efficient transport.
In addition, we offer Drayage service which refers to a specialty logistics service that carries freight containers over a short distance, an essential part of intermodal shipping.
We take containers in and out of warehouses, rail terminals, ocean ports and harbors. This often involves taking huge steal shipping containers off rail cars and ship decks and then loading them onto truck trailers. From there, the container is transported to a warehouse or storage facility to get ready for the next step in the intermodal shipping process.

Edge Transport is growing and currently looking to recruit experienced class 1 Owner Operators for triaxle/tandem flat deck work. You can be located in Saskatoon, Regina, Edmonton, Calgary, Winnipeg or Vancouver. This role is open dispatch and you will run through SK, AB, BC, MB, ON, QC and NB.
