Job summary

Birch Mountain Enterprises LP in Fort McKay, AB is seeking safety-conscious Class 1 drivers to support fuel truck operations at our incubator park location. A clean driver’s abstract is required; oilfield fuel trucks, tri-drive, and Super B experience are preferred.

Schedule options include 14 on/7 off or 7 on/7 off with day and night shifts; overtime after 8 hours daily and 44 hours weekly, plus a monthly living allowance and benefits. Local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class 1 license with a clean driving abstract.
• Able to lift to 50 lbs regularly.
• Experience operating fuel trucks (oilfield) including tri-drive/Super B preferred.
• TDG/WHMIS/HOS/Daily Trip Inspections knowledge or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate Tri-drive or oversee Super B fuel trucks efficiently.
• Perform other duties (water, sewer, vacuum, etc.).
• Complete daily paperwork and inspections (logs, work orders).
• Follow site dispatch and supervisor instructions.
• Maintain truck and trailer to uphold company image.
• Attend toolbox talks and safety meetings and follow procedures.
• Keep equipment in good condition and ensure training is current.
• Adhere to TDG and WHMIS standards; seek improvements and provide customer-focused service.
