Job summary

Sideworx Connect Inc is looking for dedicated Class 1 Truck Drivers for temporary contract positions. Candidates should have at least 2 years of oilfield driving experience and a commitment to safety. Responsibilities include using proper PPE, completing inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will possess a valid Class 1 driver's license and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years commercial driving experience in Canada.
• Oilfield / off road driving experience required.
• Drivers abstract with no more than 6 demerits.

Responsibilities

• Utilize proper PPE for loading and offloading product.
• Complete daily pre-inspections and post-inspections.
• Ensure information on Bill of Lading is correct.

Job description

Salary : Competitive, based on experience

Sideworx Connect is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Class 1 Truck Drivers for multiple temporary contract positions we have upcoming. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of direct experience hauling in the oilfield, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities :

• Utilize proper PPE for loading and offloading product
• Complete daily accurate pre-inspections and post-inspections regulatory logs and timesheets
• Ensure information on Bill of Lading is correct
• Ensure that electronic logs align with Federal regulations

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years commercial driving experience in Canada
• Oilfield / off road driving experience required
• Super-b or bulker experience preferred
• Drivers abstract with no more than 6 demerits & no impaired driving convictions
• Must know how to use tire chains
• Polite and professional attitude
• High regard for safety
• Reliable with a strong work ethic

Certifications Required :

• Must have a valid Class 1 driver's license and provide current 5-year commercial drivers abstract
• H2S Alive
• Common Safety Orientation (CSO)

Other Job Requirements :

• Must be able to pass a drug & alcohol test
• Must be clean shaven for masks FIT test
• Must be able to pass driver evaluation using an 18-speed manual
