Job summary

United Rentals is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to deliver equipment to customers in a safe, timely and courteous manner. The role emphasizes customer service and being a company ambassador, with the benefit of returning home each night.

You will drop off/pick up equipment, operate CDL-A equipment, maintain logs, perform pre-trip inspections, and uphold safety rules. A strong driving record and 2+ years of DOT experience are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with acceptable driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years DOT regulated commercial driving experience.
• Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.
• Basic knowledge of construction equipment and safe driving procedures.
• Diligent attention to safety.
