About the Job:
Type: Full time/Permanent
Wage : $28.31/hr
Shifts: Monday - Friday
Dispatching time between: 11:30pm - 3:30am
Location: Edmonton, Alberta

The Class 1 Driver is responsible for Hauling daily freight from Edmonton distribution center to Fort McMurray Oilsands customer.
Responsibilities
Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards Maintaining accurate records and logs
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
9 months or more experience in a driving position.
Flatbed experience is preferred.
Valid Class 1 Driver’s License.
Able to drive Manual Transmission truck.
Highly thorough and dependable.
Punctuality and good attendance record.
Work using health and safety methods.
Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
Performs work independently with minimal supervision.
