Job summary

Tri-Line Carriers in Edmonton, AB, is looking for experienced Class 1 Drivers for local city deliveries. You will operate a manual transmission tractor-trailer, maintain logs, perform pre-trip inspections and ensure safety on every trip. A clean driving record and at least 2 years of highway driving are required.

Willingness to maintain a clean-shaven appearance is essential for site requirements. We offer $31 per hour with a guaranteed 50 hours per week, overtime after 44 hours, a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 Driver's Licence.
• Minimum 2 years of highway driving experience.
• Willing and able to maintain a clean-shaven appearance on shift.
• Comfortable driving a manual transmission truck.
• Clean driver’s abstract with no suspensions or major violations.
• Pass company background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Complete local pickups and deliveries within Calgary and surrounding areas.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Secure and transport freight safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation.
• Provide professional customer service at customer locations.
• Follow all company, customer, and regulatory safety requirements.

Tri-Line Carriers is currently seeking experienced Class 1 Drivers for local city deliveries based in Edmonton, Alberta.This role requires a professional driver with a strong safety record, a minimum of 2 years of highway driving experience.Due to refinery and customer site requirements, successful candidates must be willing to maintain a clean-shaven appearance to ensure proper fit and seal of required respiratory protection equipment. Driver needs to be confident driving a manual transmission semi.
