Canada Life is seeking a Clarity Operations Manager to lead a team delivering enhancements and integrations for Clarity PPM, ensuring data quality and user adoption across TPMO stakeholders. The role emphasizes collaboration with analytics, business partners, and senior leadership.
The ideal candidate will have 8–10+ years in project management/PMO settings, strong communication skills, and deep experience with Clarity PPM.

The Clarity Operations Manager provides support for project management and project portfolio management tools used by Canada Life, and primarily, the Clarity Project Portfolio Management system. The manager leads a team of which includes a business analyst, a support analyst, and two Clarity developers. The mandate for the team is to maintain access to the tools, and support continuous improvement of features and controls to enhance their utility for project managers, PMO teams, delivery teams, executives, and portfolio managers. The Clarity Operations Manager ensures the team maintains the confidence of key stakeholders by identifying and addressing useability issues and by working with other members of the Clarity and Data Analysis team to develop and support a data quality framework to improve and maintain data quality. The Clarity Operations Manager will be expected to take a leadership role in supporting strategic priorities of the Technology PMO and the Technology Strategy & Transformation Office. The ideal candidate for this role will maintain and establish current state team processes, act as a project delivery expert, build strong relationships with business partners across a variety of teams, and be effective at communicating change.
We’re looking for an individual that is an effective team leader, providing clear vision to their team for the value derived from effective project management tools, constantly looking to improve the portfolio and not afraid to explore creative problem-solving techniques. Working with TPMO leaders, the role will be responsible for managing an evolving set of capabilities to improve delivery and resource management practices, business partner and customer experience, business efficiencies, and business differentiation.

The base salary for this position is between $102,000 - $152,000 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
