Overview

We manage insurance claims for various clients including insurers, brokers, and government entities. We are seeking an experienced Claims Supervisor with expertise in Property and Liability to join our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of adjusters and support staff.
• Drive recruitment, training, and performance of team members.
• Mentor team members, set goals, and manage workload.
• Utilize Gallagher's technology to improve team efficiency and quality.
• Communicate proactively with clients, carriers, and brokers.
• Manage multiple priorities and coaching opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with first-party Property Claims and Third-party Liability Claims.
• Knowledge of construction, estimates, policies, and technical reports.
• High school diploma and 10 years of related claim experience.
• Appropriate licensing / certification in relevant provinces.
• CIP designation or partial / full license as applicable.
• Bilingual in French and English preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
