CGIC in Canada seeks an Auto Claims Representative II to investigate, negotiate and resolve complex auto claims. You will interact with clients and apply innovative, client-centered solutions while upholding our service standards.
This hybrid role requires three years of claims experience, post-secondary education in insurance or risk management, CIP designation, and provincial adjuster licences. You will mentor junior staff and contribute to process improvements within the Claims team.

As the Auto Claims Representative II you will be responsible for the investigation, negotiation and resolution of complex claims. You will contribute to our client service culture through daily interactions with clients and by implementing innovative, client-centric solutions.
Expected Salary range $60,574.00 to $100,956.00 CAD
The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.
