A leading insurance firm in Canada seeks a Claims Concierge to be the first point of contact for customers and brokers. You will leverage your exceptional customer service skills to enhance the delivery model and make a difference in client service. The position offers a hybrid work model with regular in-person attendance required in the Cambridge facility. Previous experience in customer service is a must, and experience in Claims is an asset.

What will you need to succeed?
Permanent, Full-Time
Hybrid: This is a hybrid role that includes the flexibility to work remotely, but regular in-person attendance in our Cambridge facility is expected (twice a week, Wednesdays and Thursdays).
