They collaborate with other claims team members and update the claim status in our management system. As they gain experience, they handle increasingly complex claims and develop skills in related areas to enhance their versatility. Rain or shine, our claims advisors are always on the move. They manage assigned claims from start to finish, with opportunities to take on additional claims for increased compensation.

Guide. Advise. Build loyalty. Agents provide exceptional service during major life events, such as purchasing a home or vehicle. They assess clients' needs to recommend suitable coverage, promote our personalized services, and build lasting relationships. Our agents are evaluated on objectives that prioritize client satisfaction, allowing them to deliver quality service without sales pressure.
