Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Auto Claims Adjuster experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of Auto policy wordings and Fault Determination rules.

What it’s like to be a Northbridge Claims Adjuster, Auto

As a Claims Adjuster, you will be part of a dynamic team that prides itself on having a sharp eye on detail while keeping the customer experience top of mind.

As an Auto Claims Adjuster, you will be personally managing a pending of private personal vehicles, light and/or heavy commercial files - this means you will not be on a phone queue!

We want your talent

If you are great at:

  1. Thoroughly investigating & evaluating assigned complex claims
  2. Negotiating and settling first and third-party personal & commercial lines claims
  3. Working with Body Shops and Towing companies
  4. Managing stressful calls and clearly delivering decisions on claims
  5. Effectively managing a busy day-to-day schedule
  6. Providing a great Customer experience

And you have:

  1. Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance focused program or related program
  2. Completed or working towards the CIP designation
  3. A minimum of 3 years of Auto Claims Adjuster experience
  4. Experience with commercial lines an asset
  5. Strong knowledge of Auto policy wordings and Fault Determination rules
  6. Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite
  7. Ability to clearly communicate with Claimants, Brokers, and Vendors

Salary range: $60,000 - $75,000 for Vancouver, BC.
