Claims Adjuster - Auto/Bodily Injury - HYBRID (Edmonton, AB)

The Adjuster actively adjusts claims while ensuring that business development opportunities are maximized through marketing and follow-up.
Qualifications and Experience:
- University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with auto and bodily injury claims.
- Adjuster’s license or currently pursuing CIP designation.
- Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
- Ongoing commitment to education and learning.
- Effective analytical skills, including cause and effect analysis.
- Good investigative skills.
- Ability to draw valid conclusions and communicate effectively.
- Ability to interpret complex legal documents and perform advanced numerical calculations.
- Advanced communication skills, both written and oral, including listening, interviewing, and negotiating.
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities.
- Proactive and positive customer service approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with conflict and difficult situations.
- Strong commitment to ongoing education and learning.
