Job description

JML Engineering Ltd. is looking for a Civil / Structural Engineer with 4 to 10 years experience to join our team. We are looking for an driven candidate who would like to put their engineering training to good use. As a Project Engineer at JML Engineering you will be responsible for the design of Bridges, Wharfs, Dams, Buildings, Stormwater Management, Sewer and Water, Parking Lots, Health and Safety Structures, Construction Engineering and more. We have a well-rounded compliment of projects ongoing and you will work as part of a knowledgeable, supportive team that will allow you freedom with support to elevate your engineering skills.

Requirements

Bachelor of Civil Engineering Degree

Professional Engineering Licence (P.Eng.) with the Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO)

or be eligible

Strong structural engineering skills with steel, concrete, timber, masonry

Civil engineering skills such as parking lot design and sewer / water design

Knowledge of open-channel flow, hydrology and hydraulics

Knowledge of stormwater management methods

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and

Valid drivers licence
