Job summary

Strive Recruitment Inc. is assisting a Vancouver-based client in recruiting a Project Manager for civil construction.

The role leads the delivery of development and infrastructure projects, coordinating design, construction teams, and regulators to meet timelines and budget. The successful candidate will bring a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management, 6+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders across Lower Mainland

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction principles and project management practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil construction projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and regulators to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Prepare project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to guide execution.
• Develop accurate cost estimates and budgets for civil construction projects.
• Procure materials and manage procurement invoices, contracts, and change orders.
• Oversee document control and maintain accessible project information.
• Act as primary contact for clients, consultants, and municipal authorities.
• Foster positive relationships to mitigate risks and align with company goals.
