Responsibilities
- Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of diverse land development projects ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining excellent communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Guide internal and external teams in delivering grading, servicing, and stormwater solutions, and review deliverables for accuracy and compliance
- Lead proposal development, scope definition, and RFP response efforts to secure new business
- Track and manage financial aspects of projects, including billing, progress payments, and budget monitoring
- Actively pursue business development opportunities in the local market by leveraging industry knowledge and connections
- Support contract administration activities and attend regular client and team meetings
- Mentor and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing project environment
Requirements :
- Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of civil engineering design experience within a consulting environment
- At least 4 years of project management experience overseeing land development or infrastructure projects
- Professional designation as P.Eng. or C.E.T.
- Strong understanding of subdivision and site plan processes, municipal standards, and legislative regulations
- Technical proficiency in engineering software and MS Office
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to build lasting client relationships
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and driven to deliver results
