Adecco is currently hiring for a Civil Project Manager, Community Infrastructure to join a reputable and growing engineering consultancy with a focus on delivering impactful residential, industrial, and commercial development projects across London and Southwestern Ontario . This full-time, permanent position offers a chance to lead challenging and meaningful civil infrastructure initiatives while fostering strong relationships with clients and contributing to the development of vibrant communities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of diverse land development projects ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining excellent communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Guide internal and external teams in delivering grading, servicing, and stormwater solutions, and review deliverables for accuracy and compliance
  • Lead proposal development, scope definition, and RFP response efforts to secure new business
  • Track and manage financial aspects of projects, including billing, progress payments, and budget monitoring
  • Actively pursue business development opportunities in the local market by leveraging industry knowledge and connections
  • Support contract administration activities and attend regular client and team meetings
  • Mentor and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing project environment

Requirements :

  • Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 8 years of civil engineering design experience within a consulting environment
  • At least 4 years of project management experience overseeing land development or infrastructure projects
  • Professional designation as P.Eng. or C.E.T.
  • Strong understanding of subdivision and site plan processes, municipal standards, and legislative regulations
  • Technical proficiency in engineering software and MS Office
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and driven to deliver results
