Job summary

EXP is seeking a Civil Project Engineer / Project Manager to lead land development and infrastructure projects from planning through construction in Brampton, ON. You will coordinate design teams, manage scope, schedule and budget, and build strong client relationships across southern Ontario.

Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree with P.Eng or CET license in Ontario, 5–7+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD (Civil 3D a plus).

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in engineering; P.Eng or CET licensed in Ontario is preferred.
• 5-7+ years of relevant work experience in civil projects.
• Solid understanding of land and site development requirements and municipal/agency approvals.
• Experience with AutoCAD; Civil 3D is an asset.
• Strong report writing and technical documentation skills.
• Experience with stormwater design, site servicing (sanitary and water), and earthworks.
• Familiarity with construction specifications and MasterFormat is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage projects across southern Ontario from planning through construction.
• Deliver on medium to large-scale land and site development and infrastructure projects.
• Manage project scope, budget, and schedule; ensure on-time delivery.
• Build and maintain client relationships with private, architectural, municipal, and provincial/federal agencies.
• Oversee approvals and permits with municipalities and government agencies.
• Coordinate meetings with stakeholders to meet project objectives.
• Collaborate with in-house disciplines as part of One - EXP delivery program.
