The Role

As a Civil Litigation Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload, handling various civil disputes from initial instruction through to resolution. You will provide expert legal advice, maintain high standards of client care, and contribute to the firm's reputation for excellence in litigation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handling a range of civil litigation matters, including residential possession claims, boundary disputes, and contractual disputes.
2. Providing clear and concise legal advice to clients.
3. Preparing and maintaining file documentation in line with compliance requirements.
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other third parties.

About You

The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused and ready to make an impact. You will have:

1. 1+ PQE with experience managing your own caseload of civil litigation matters.
