Job summary

Aplin is partnering with a long-standing client to recruit a skilled Litigation Paralegal. This role blends legal assistant and paralegal duties within a small, collaborative team, focusing primarily on civil litigation with occasional support on related practice areas.

You will work in-office in Edmonton, manage complex files autonomously, draft and file court documents, organize client files, and communicate with clients and courts in a professional setting.

Qualifications

• Solid civil litigation experience.
• Able to manage complex files with autonomy.
• Long-term, stable commitment in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse range of civil litigation files with occasional related matters.
• Prepare, draft, and manage court documents, correspondence, and deadlines.
