Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Estate litigation experience is a strong asset.
• Real estate litigation experience is a strong asset.
• High ethics and professional integrity required.
• Active Ontario practice experience and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including estate litigation as needed.
• Contribute to the disputes and litigation team’s success through analysis, drafting, and advocacy.
• Support business development and client service initiatives while upholding firm standards.
