• Complete the design and drafting of civil/water resource infrastructure. Projects may involve earthworks, dams, canals, pipelines, site grading, and drainage systems.
• Complete field surveys utilizing RTK GPS equipment. Duties may include topographic, bathymetric, construction layout surveys, and quantity surveys.
• Complete site inspection and resident engineering duties throughout the construction phase of projects. Duties may include inspections, daily reporting, quantity takeoffs, and ensuring work is in accordance with Drawings and Specifications.
• Work closely with engineers, technologists, and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of civil/water resource projects from conceptual design to construction.

• Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or a related field.
• 0–5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other drafting software.
• Proficiency with GPS survey technology.
• Interest or experience in Water Resources would be considered an asset.
• Previous fieldwork considered an asset.
• Being registered or eligible for registration with Technology Professionals Saskatchewan (TPSK).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to work in a team environment.
• Show an aptitude for general construction methods.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work in the field for extended periods of time.
