Autism Services in Saskatchewan seeks a field surveying technician to perform geomatics tasks and support survey projects in camp-based settings. You will record measurements, prepare field notes, and ensure data quality for survey calculations.
The role may involve line locating and UAV aerial surveys, with drafting duties as needed. A diploma in Geomatics or equivalent training and at least 2 years of construction surveying experience are required, along with a valid driver’s license.
The Job Responsibilities include accurately recording measurements, preparing field notes, quality control for survey, and compiling and computing survey data. Other duties may also include line locating, UAV aerial surveys and drafting.
Work Experience, Skills and Education: a Diploma in Geomatics Engineering or Surveying Technology, or equivalent field training. Minimum 2 years construction surveying experience is required. Willing to work in camp-based position. A valid drivers licence is required for this position.
