Could you be the full-time onsite Civil Engineering Design Lead in Toronto, ON, CA we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive civil engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and dedicated teammates. You'll be instrumental in shaping the landscape of our projects by being responsible for directing the coordination across systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, BIM Specialists, and Quality Assurance), lead integration design and built meetings, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

1. Leading Internal Civil Designers, Civil subcontractors and specialist subcontractors.
2. Managing design packages from inception to construction for Overhead Catenary System (OCS) foundations, OCS anchoring to structures, TPF site/buildings, signalling equipment Foundations and Cable containment systems etc.
3. Work with Design Manager, defining and creating Scope documents for Civil Design Subcontractors including preparation of Business cases.
4. Managing schedule for the deliverables.

4. Proven ability to manage and direct subcontractor activities.
5. Experience or understanding of coordinating multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
