This role involves leading civil engineering projects in land development, collaborating with technical leaders, and mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in consulting, possess a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, and be eligible for P.Eng. in Ontario. Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional experience in civil engineering and consulting.
• Candidate should have experience in land development and stormwater management projects.
• Willingness to travel to project/client sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop civil engineering projects including grading and drainage.
• Support transportation infrastructure projects planning and design.
• Mentor junior staff and review AutoCAD Civil 3D work.
