WSP in Kamloops is seeking a Civil Engineering-in-Training to contribute to municipal infrastructure design and delivery, from roadways to water systems. You will work alongside experienced engineers on projects across the full lifecycle, gaining hands-on design and field review experience.
This role blends technical design with field oversight, including drafting with AutoCAD Civil 3D, performing calculations, preparing reports, and collaborating with clients and contractors to ensure quality

As a Civil Engineering-in-Training, you will contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects including roadways, water distribution systems, sanitary sewers, stormwater management facilities, and land development projects. This role offers a balance of technical design and field review responsibilities, providing valuable experience across the full project lifecycle while working alongside industry-leading professionals.

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $66,700 - $88,400
MB & ON: $60,900 - $83,800
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $60,300 - $80,000
