We are seeking a full-time Civil Engineer (Entry Level) to collaborate with our Project Engineers. This role offers hands-on experience in drafting and designing various projects—including residential, industrial, commercial, educational, recreational, and public works—while learning from a multidisciplinary team. What You’ll Do

• Design streets and utilities according to state, county, and city standards.
• Perform hydrology and hydraulic calculations for stormwater management systems.
• Prepare stormwater runoff calculations, designs, and reports.
• Utilize Civil 3D for drafting tasks such as importing points, creating line work, setting up alignments, grading, earthwork calculations, and managing survey points.
• Generate and compile submittal packages for land use applications, construction plans, survey records, and more.
• Research surveys and utilities to support project planning and design.
• Gain field experience in construction inspection, staking, topographic, and boundary surveys.
• Drive a company vehicle (valid Driver’s License required).

Who You Are

• 0-2 years of civil drafting experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Responsible for delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
• Excellent at building and maintaining professional relationships.

Nice to Have

• Engineer-In-Training certification.
• Beginner to intermediate skills in Civil 3D.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam for plan review and markup.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
