The Opportunity

Our philosophy : A-player engineers produce 3-5x the output of B-players. So we pay like we believe it.

Contract (6 months) : $4-8K per project, 10-20 projects. Contract structure lets both sides ensure fit while you earn full-time equivalent.

Junior Engineer (1 year) : $100K base + 30% target bonus + stock options

Senior Engineer : $135K base + 35% target bonus + stock options

Full package : Health, dental, vision, life, disability, RRSP matching, professional fees, learning budget, all tools / software.

Multiplier opportunity : Engineers with additional disciplines (structural, mechanical, electrical) earn 20-30% more.

Work directly with founders and construction team. 12 projects underway, scaling rapidly.

The Challenge

Traditional civil engineering treats every site as unique. Same grading calculations, different format. Same drainage principles, different approach. This repetition without reuse is why housing takes forever to build. You\'ll create the engineering system that changes this.

Your designs get built immediately. No 2-year waiting to see if your grading works. Next month, excavators follow your contours. Real feedback, rapid improvement.

Small team, big leverage. We\'re 12 people doing what takes traditional firms 5x our size. No layers of review. No bureaucratic approvals. Your work goes from screen to site.

Systems over repetition. Build once, deploy everywhere. Your template library and decision trees will transform how civil packages are delivered. Each project improves our systems.

A Month in Your Work

Week 1 : New site in Halifax. Your parametric grading template adapts to the slope in 2 hours. What used to take 2 days.

Week 2 : Municipal comments arrive. Your documentation is so thorough, it\'s just clarifications. 48-hour turnaround.

Week 3 : Construction starts on last month\'s project. You visit site, see your drainage solution working perfectly. One small improvement for next time.

Week 4 : Expand template to handle Dartmouth\'s different requirements. System grows stronger.
