Are you an experienced Labourer looking for an exciting opportunity to work on a major industrial project? At Ledcor, we take pride in safety and quality, and we’re looking for dedicated professionals to join our team for the Linde Dow Path2Zero expansion project in Fort Saskatchewan, AB.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Assist with site preparation, excavation, trenching and backfilling activities
• Set up signage, barricades and be a spotter for heavy equipment operators
• Utilize shovels, rakes and compactors
• Perform manual labour, including shoveling, digging, and moving soil
• Maintain work areas clean, organized and free from potential hazards
• Follow all Ledcor safety protocols and company procedures

Requirements:

• Previous 3+ years labourer experience in civil earthworks
• Physically fit and capable of standing and working on your feet for long periods of time
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, good communication and ability to follow instructions
• Must successfully complete a full pre-access medical including a drug and alcohol test
• Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driver's Abstract
• CSTS-2020
• Rigging Level 1 (Basic Rigging)

Work Conditions:

• Project to commence in April 2025
• 14 days on, 7 days off (10-12 hour shifts)
• Extended health benefits provided by CLAC
• This is a local position—candidates must reside in the Greater Edmonton area. No camp accommodations or travel allowances provided
