Job summary

SITE Resource Group Limited Partnership is seeking Labourers for civil construction projects across Western Canada. You will perform a variety of physical labour tasks on outdoor sites and support operations across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate has civil construction experience, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Travel to different project sites is required; pre-employment drug testing applies; SRG offers competitive wages and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Previous civil construction experience is required.
• Experience with earthworks, underground utilities, or road construction is an asset.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods).
• Strong work ethic, safety-focused, and a team player.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test, including cannabis.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labour duties on civil construction projects.
• Assist with earthworks, road construction, and site preparation.
• Load and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist equipment operators and other trades as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and follow safety regulations.
• Travel to various project locations across Western Canada.
