Job summary

Blackline Civil is seeking a Labourer to support underground utility construction in Alberta. You will assist with trenching, pipe installation, and general tasks alongside operators and foremen on Central/Northern projects.

Ideal candidates have construction or labour experience, can work outdoors in all weather, and show a strong work ethic and reliability while following instructions to ensure safety and quality.

• Experience in construction or labour roles.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather.
• Physically demanding work ability.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Team player who follows directions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with trenching and excavation tasks.
• Help install water, sewer, and storm pipes.
• Load and unload materials and tools.
• Use hand tools such as shovels, tampers and saws.
• Maintain site cleanliness and organization.
• Direct traffic or equipment when required.
• Follow directions from Foreman and operators.
