The City of Yellowknife is seeking a Planner II to support development permit decisions, zoning by-law investigations, and land use planning projects. You will perform research, analysis, and generate recommendations to support policy and long-range planning for the City.

The incumbent will review development permit applications, investigate zoning issues, prepare reports, and collaborate with team members on policies, projects and permits.

Qualifications

• University degree in urban and regional planning or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of planning experience.
• Membership with CIP and APPI in good standing.

Responsibilities
