An established industry player is seeking a Manager of Community Planning & Sustainability to lead strategic initiatives that promote sustainable growth and community well-being. Reporting to the General Manager, City Planning, the Manager of Community Planning and Sustainability is responsible for developing and implementing long-term strategic plans for the organization. The role involves analysing data, forecasting trends, and creating actionable plans to achieve the organization’s goals in advancing the community. The role overseas and provides guidance in the development of various projects and plans related to community growth, housing, environmental protection and climate action. Overall, the position will provide direction for sustainable growth, environmental stewardship and the creation of a vibrant, inclusive community.
