Job summary

The Province requires up to three Digital Architects to work with 3D on service innovation, program review and digital transformation projects across Alberta GoA, with teams led by product owners. The Digital Architect provides architectural oversight of digital services, aligns services to a common vision, and guides iterative delivery with a strong technical and leadership blend.

Qualifications

• Lead solution architecture of digital services with citizen-centered design and agile software approach.
• Uncovering existing system context.
• Providing recommendations and prototypes for technical discovery and feasibility.
• Providing and being accountable for the solution designs that account for iterative implementation.
• Analyzing impacts, exposure, and risk as it pertains to the solution design.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural plan and align services to a common architecture vision.
• Guide implementation of digital services across projects.
• Review code changes and contribute to technical tasks.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to the product team.
• Contribute to architectural vision for platform of user-centric services.
