We are seeking an experienced Cisco Collaboration Specialist with expertise in Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, Cisco Meeting Server (CMS), CUBE, CUCM, and other Cisco Collaboration technologies. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills across the Cisco Collaboration ecosystem, supporting content review, deployment, and integration of collaboration solutions.

Position Title: Cisco Collaboration Specialist
Location: Remote Canada
Employment Type: Regular Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule technology updates to keep the team current with Cisco Collaboration solutions and roadmaps.
  • Develop and modify education products, assessments, exercises, and courses related to Cisco Collaboration technologies.
  • Enhance Instructor Certification and Train the Trainer programs specific to Collaboration solutions.
  • Ensure certifications are up to date to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain knowledge of Cisco’s Collaboration product lines, including Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, CMS, CUBE, CUCM, and related technologies.
  • Design comprehensive technical content aligned with Cisco standards.
  • Attend cross-functional technology summit meetings and stay current on assigned technologies and product roadmaps.
  • Participate in project close activities, including release management, Course Information Overview (CIO), Course Administration Guide (CAG), Train the Trainer (TTT), and Alpha delivery.
  • Provide technical escalation support for the project team, particularly in Webex DI, Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, CUCM, CMS, and CUBE.
  • Author and review certification assessment items for Collaboration training programs.
Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco Collaboration technologies, including Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, Cisco Meeting Server (CMS), CUBE, CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection, Contact Center Solutions (UCCX, UCCE).
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues beyond standard TAC experience, including architecture-level problem-solving and optimization.
  • Proven experience with Cisco Collaboration tools, including configuration, deployment, and integration.
  • Proficiency in creating technical content, assessments, and educational materials.
  • Ability to create Collaboration Network Diagrams and documentation.
  • Design lab topologies to support educational instruction and certification training.
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn additional development software as required.
  • Proven technical expertise and training development skills in Cisco Collaboration technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple project timelines and deliverables.
  • Self-starter with minimal direction.
  • Adaptability and creativity to develop innovative and engaging learning content.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills.
Preferred Certifications:
  • CCIE Collaboration (Lab)
  • CCNP Collaboration with strong expertise in Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center
