A healthcare technology company is seeking a Clinical User Experience Analyst to lead bilingual engagement and manage requirements gathering in New Brunswick's healthcare sector. Title: Clinical User Experience AnalystDuration: 1 yearMode: RemoteMandatory Requirements:- College Degree in either Business, Healthcare or Information Technology OR an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Candidate must demonstrate bilingualism in French and English (Written and verbal), able to lead engagement, communications, requirement sessions, and training initiatives in both languages.
- 3 years of demonstrated experience with a focus on Canadian health information systems, standards, technology, and/or software.
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience working directly with clinicians in Hospital settings, completing activities such as requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, use case analysis, business or clinical process analysis, detailed design activities, and developing business analysis documentation.
- Proven experience working in a clinical setting, routinely working with clinicians to ensure the optimal placement and deployment of Endpoints and devices that support clinical workflows
Scored requirements:- Strong facilitation skills: demonstrated experience in leading workshops to identify and articulate business requirements, system requirements, and develop user stories, user personas, and/or use cases.
- Demonstrated communication, facilitation, and strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to confidently engage and collaborate with project team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience conducting various research methods (usability testing, surveys, etc.) to understand user behavior and needs.
- Previous experience working within New Brunswick's technology or healthcare environments showcasing a strong understanding of the local landscape, policies, and practices.
- Based out of New Brunswick is considered an asset.
- Previous experience working as a clinician would be considered an asset.
