Job summary

Arc’teryx’s Circular Innovation Co-op is embedded in the Care & Repair team, supporting repairability and circular product qualification. You will work with Sustainability and design teams to ensure longevity, repairability, and end-of-life requirements are met seasonally.

You’ll gain experience across product development, supply chain, and sustainability while building partnerships and communicating to influence change. This 8‑month co-op offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Third- or fourth-year student in fashion, textile science, or sustainability.
• Interest in fashion design and repairability.
• Experience with quantitative data analysis and Excel; proficient in PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to plan ahead and manage workload; proactive and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate qualifying circular products with Sustainability team.
• Develop repairability requirements for circular products.
• Collect returns data and share with product development teams.
• Create presentation decks on returns data and repairability metrics.
• Assist with testing new materials, tools, and repair methods.
• Organize repair testing and trialing with Arc’One ReBird Repair Centre, Design & Product Development teams.
• Co-own the circular product wear and wash testing program.
• Track project milestones, timelines, and actions within project management platforms.
• Support documentation and continuous improvement of repair standards, manuals, and techniques with the ARC’One ReBird Repair team.
• Coordinate and compile information for external circularity surveys and reporting.
