Job summary

Electronic Arts is seeking a Capture Artist to record gameplay footage and screenshots for marketing, advertising, and social content. You will work with the Franchise Capture Lead to translate in-game moments into compelling visuals that showcase EA SPORTS FC and soccer culture.

You will partner with development and production teams to understand features and ensure assets are represented clearly, while coordinating with other capture artists on projects and maintaining asset archives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of EA SPORTS FC, soccer culture, and gameplay.
• Good understanding of cinematic and camera language.
• Strong eye for detail and the ability to capture compelling gameplay moments.
• Self-motivated, solutions-focused, and able to take ownership of assigned work.
• Technically capable, with strong troubleshooting skills across PC and current-generation consoles.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and follow-up skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Experience with sports photography, film, or Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and After Effects is an asset.
• A degree in Film, Art, Design, or a related field is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Capture gameplay clips from game for use in Marketing and on Social Media.
• Problem solves to achieve the best results while working within the confines of unfinished technology.
• Communicate any issues with leads to determine the best way to adjust capture to achieve the visual goal for the asset.
• Archive, organize, log, and manage assets.
• Support leads and help onboard new hires.
• Plan and execute small to medium size projects. Coordinates capture with 1-2 additional capture artists to accomplish shots.
• Work with Leads & Supervisors to create and organize trackers across multiple projects.
• Daily communication with leads & supervisors and production partners on project status.
