· Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

· Wage: $20.00~$21.00/hour (depending on experience)

· Number of Positions: 2

· Work Location: 100, 1619 Store Street, Victoria, BC V8W 3K3

Job Duties:

· Hire new kitchen staff and train them on each menu item

· Manage accurate food inventories and order supplies

· Prepare and cook complete meals according to standardized recipes

· Determine size of food portions by estimating food requirements and costs

· Supervise kitchen helpers and other staff

· Manage kitchen operations

Job requirements:

· Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required

· Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
