Job summary

Bolivar Farms is hiring for on-site outdoor work in a rural setting. Workers will perform physically demanding tasks across fields, harvest seedlings, shear Christmas trees, and help prune and transplant plants throughout the season.

The role requires working in various weather conditions with equipment such as tree-cutting gear and sprayers. A valid driver’s license and own transportation are expected for travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Industry-specific outdoor farming tasks experience preferred.
• Basic familiarity with outdoor farming tasks is beneficial.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
