The Salvation Army in Canada is seeking a temporary full-time coordinator to support our toy distribution and volunteer program in Mississauga.
The role involves setting up and taking down events, coordinating volunteers, processing donations, and maintaining records, with driving to pickup donations and a valid G license required. This position offers varied shifts and community-focused work in a faith-based organization.

Position Purpose summary:
- Assist with recording statistical data in a clear, organized, and accurate manner.
The above responsibilities must be performed in keeping with The Salvation Army’s Mission, Vision, and Values, in a professional manner, upholding our code of conduct.
- A minimum of one (1) year of prior related experience working in community-based programs would be a definite asset.
- Work in compliance with OH&S Act and Regulations and abide by The Salvation Army’s health and safety policies and procedures.
- Honest, courteous, and punctual; re present the organization in a positive, professional, and engaging manner.
The target hiring range for this position is $18.50 to $23.13 with a maximum of $27.76.
Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
