The Salvation Army Canada and Bermuda Territory is seeking a Kettle Coordinator II for a short-term contract to oversee Christmas Kettle locations across a geographical zone, primarily in malls and retail outlets. You will recruit and supervise volunteers, coordinate schedules, and ensure secure handling of donations.
Responsibilities include training volunteers, visiting sites during shifts, and reporting to the campaign team.

POSITION PURPOSE SUMMARY:
The Salvation Army Christmas Kettle Campaign is part of a century old tradition to contribute towards building strong communities by helping TSA to give hope to other. Kettle Coordinator II position is a short-term contract position. The incumbent is responsible for oversight of several Christmas Kettle locations in a given geographical zone area. Zone locations include shopping malls, grocery stores and retail outlets.
The incumbent may perform all, some, or similar range of duties.

The target hiring range for this position is $16.60 to $20.76 with a maximum of $24.90.
Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
