Blommer Chocolate Company is hiring for a Full Time Production Operator at our Campbellford plant in Trent Hills, ON. This 12-hour continental rotation role involves refining paste batches into liquid chocolate or compound while maintaining high quality standards.

Key duties include documenting specifications, preparing production boxes, loading and inspecting finished product, and adjusting equipment to minimize waste. Requires ability to read/write English, attention to detail, and teamwork.

• Skilled in applying mathematical reasoning to measurements of ingredients for production purposes.
• Basic technology skills to record data into computer or electronic tablet.
• Continuous attention to details in performing all tasks.
• Comfortable working as an individual contributor as well as with a team.
• Expected to identify, communicate/escalate and problem-solve as issues arise.

Aufgaben

• Input required documentation of product specifications and quality into the system.
• Prepare boxes for production line: record empty weight, add liner, stamp product line, affix product labels.
• Load finished product off the production line and visually inspect to ensure appearance is appropriate for the product.
• Adjust machines as needed to minimize inaccuracies, defects, or waste.
• Deliver regular sample tests to laboratory to confirm accurate recipe specifications.
