Job summary

Reach Wellness in Whitby, ON is seeking a full-time Chiropractor to provide patient-centered assessments, develop evidence-informed treatment plans, and document care in line with professional standards.

You will perform musculoskeletal examinations, apply manual therapies and other modalities, educate patients on prevention and wellness, and collaborate with physiotherapists, naturopathic doctors, mental health professionals, and other team members.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution and current licensure (or eligibility) with the Ontario regulatory body.
• Demonstrated clinical skills in musculoskeletal assessment, manual therapy, treatment planning, and patient education.
• Experience or strong interest in multidisciplinary, holistic care environments alongside physiotherapy, naturopathic medicine, mental health, massage therapy, and osteopathy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and collaborate with patients and colleagues.
• Commitment to evidence-informed practice and timely clinical documentation.
• Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads and clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform musculoskeletal examinations and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Deliver manual therapies and other modalities as appropriate.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and wellness strategies.
• Coordinate care with physiotherapists, naturopathic doctors, mental health professionals, and other team members.
• Contribute to follow-up, care plan adjustments, and interprofessional case discussions.
