Elements Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation in Oshawa, ON is seeking a dedicated Chiropractor to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This full-time or part-time position offers a 60-70% revenue split and the opportunity to build a strong caseload serving Oshawa, Ajax, and the Durham Region.

You will work alongside other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care, with administrative and booking support allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.
• DC degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid professional liability insurance.
• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide chiropractic adjustments and manual therapy treatments.
• Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal and spine-related conditions.
• Prescribe therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs.
• Educate patients on posture, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, massage therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
