Launch Rehab, located in Metro Vancouver, is hiring chiropractors who want to work within an integrated rehab team rather than in a standalone clinic. The position requires collaboration with physiotherapists and kinesiologists, focusing on shared client care plans.

Qualifications

• Document in Jane EMR while the client care coordinator handles direct billing.

We are hiring chiropractors who want to practice inside an integrated rehab team rather than as a stand‑alone adjustment clinic. Strong collaboration with physiotherapy, kinesiology and RMT on shared care plans.

Launch Rehab has been independent and clinician‑led since 2015 – five studios in Lougheed, Coquitlam, Richmond, New Westminster and North Burnaby.

A multidisciplinary team of 40+ physios, RMTs, chiros, registered acupuncturists, kinesiologists, dietitians and counsellors working from one care plan per client.

We grew because therapists wanted somewhere that respected the clinical decision rather than turning them into a billing line. That has not changed.

Who we are looking for

The clinician profile.

• Registered with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC) in good standing
• Comfortable with mobilization and manipulation, and also with no‑cavitation techniques when the client prefers them
• Evidence‑informed practice – willing to refer out and to defer when it is the right call
• Interested in mixed private and ICBC caseloads

• 02 Co‑treat with physiotherapy and kinesiology on shared cases
• 03 Documentation in Jane EMR; client care coordinator handles direct billing and ICBC paperwork
• 04 Participate in case rounds and contribute to the team's clinical culture

Schedule

Hours that flex around your life.

Full or part‑time. Pick the studios and shifts that work for you – most chiros run Monday‑Friday with one evening per week or alternating Saturdays.
