Responsibilities:

• Communicate with external stakeholders and healthcare teams in clinical and hospital settings
• Perform complex assessments and active treatment plans
• Collaborate with rehabilitation professionals and liaise with specialists for complex injuries
• Participate in weekly case conferences
• Evaluate client progress and contribute to team reports

Qualifications:

• Registration with the provincial College of Chiropractors
• 1-3 years of experience in a multidisciplinary rehab setting; new grads encouraged to apply
• Experience in occupational rehab, WSIB, MVA, insurance cases preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability
