Job summary

PET All Manufacturing Inc. is seeking an experienced Extrusion Blow Molding Service Technician. The role is based in Markham, Ontario, with 50%+ travel across North America and Asia. Fluency in Chinese and English is required for technical communications with suppliers and customers.

Install, commission and service blow molding equipment, diagnose faults, perform preventive maintenance and provide on-site/remote support. Relocation assistance is offered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of hands-on blow molding experience with strong EBM maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience installing and commissioning blow molding equipment.
• Fluent Chinese and English for technical discussions with suppliers and customers.
• Ability to read schematics, manuals and technical drawings.
• Valid driver’s license and passport; willingness to travel 50% or more.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain and troubleshoot customer extrusion blow molding equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and PLC faults and perform repairs.
• Provide on-site and remote customer support and train customers on operation and maintenance.
• Coordinate technical solutions with Chinese-speaking suppliers and prepare service reports.
• Travel 50%+ to customer facilities and ensure safety procedures are followed.

Extrusion Blow Molding Service Technician — Fluent Chinese & English Required

PET All Manufacturing Inc.CA$100,000 - $120,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Full-time Markham, Ontario headquarters with customer-site travel of 50% or more throughout North America and Asia. Qualified applicants anywhere in North America are welcome to apply. Candidates must be able to commute to Markham or relocate before starting. PET All Manufacturing Inc. is seeking an experienced, hands-on blow molding service specialist to install, commission, maintain and troubleshoot customer equipment. Extrusion Blow Molding (EBM) expertise is our top technical priority. Injection Blow Molding (IBM) experience is an additional asset. Fluent Chinese and English are mandatory for technical communication with equipment suppliers, customers and our team. Install and commission blow molding machinery, primarily EBM equipment.

Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC-controlled faults.

Perform repairs, preventive maintenance and machine adjustments.

Troubleshoot machine and process issues affecting cycle times, container quality and production output.

Provide on-site and remote customer support.

Coordinate technical solutions with Chinese-speaking equipment suppliers.

Train customers on machine operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.

Prepare service reports and follow-up recommendations.

Travel 50% or more to customer facilities.Five or more years of hands-on blow molding experience, including strong EBM maintenance and troubleshooting experience.

Fluent Chinese and English, including technical machinery discussions.

Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic diagnostic skills.

Ability to work independently at customer sites and communicate professionally.

Valid driver’s licence and passport.

Availability for 50% or more travel and knowledge of safe equipment servicing procedures. EBM installation and service experience.

Preventive maintenance and blow molding process optimization experience.

Relevant technical diploma or skilled trade certificate.

Familiarity with manufacturing quality systems and ISO standards.

Annual salary of CA$100,000–CA$120,000.
