Help children encounter Jesus in a church that values thoughtful faith, hospitality, and community.
At Pilgrim Church, we believe children aren’t “the future”—they are full participants in the life of faith, right now. We’re looking for someone to guide our Sunday morning children’s ministry (ages 0–11), bringing warmth, creativity, and Christ-centered discipleship to our youngest members.
This could be a pastoral role if you’re theologically trained or exploring a call to ministry—or a coordinator role if you’re a gifted leader with a passion for children and team-building. Either way, you’ll be joining a kind, thoughtful, intergenerational community committed to walking the Way of Jesus in a complex and beautiful world. This role can flex to fit you. We’re open to shaping the role depending on your experience, skillset, calling, and availability.
